Kopra

A gigantic cloud of cubes orbiting a dark planet, designed as an open and freely flyable environment.

Kopra is a gigantic cloud of cubes orbiting a remarkably dark planet, which itself follows an orbit around a distant star. Eclipses can be regularly observed as the planet and the cube cloud move through their respective orbits.\n\nKopra was specifically designed as an open, flyable environment. The cubes are arranged at a carefully balanced density: close enough together to create a strong sense of speed and motion as you fly through them, yet spaced far enough apart to allow free movement in every direction. Navigating the endless cloud becomes an experience in itself, with the surrounding cubes rushing past as you accelerate through the gaps.\n\nScattered throughout the cloud are nine large platforms. Each platform contains one or two portals leading to other worlds. Observation platforms are also positioned throughout the environment, showing the direction of the other platforms and helping travelers orient themselves within the seemingly endless field of cubes.\n\nThe cube cloud is not entirely static. Among the structures, luminous and electrically charged spheres move through the environment, creating an additional flight challenge while adding a constantly changing spectacle of light and color to the dark surroundings.\n\nAs part of the Space Opera project, Kopra is also visited by the Breemor spacecraft, which can be found orbiting nearby. The vessel provides another way to reach the other worlds belonging to the Space Opera universe.
